It worked well for 8 months
It stopped working after 8 months
In my opinion I find that the customer service is a joke
I would never buy anything from Servis
Problems started when my dishwasher broke down,
I was told stay in all day from 8am-6pm, engineer would come, he didn't.
Told to expect phone call from same engineer next day, did not come.
Told to wait a further 48 hours for a phone call and the engineer would definitely call because servis had made a complaint about him, did not call.
Told again to wait another 48 hours, because another complaint had been sent - still waiting!
Wrote a complaint e-mail, still waiting for response (sent it three days ago).
