Good Points

Location was good. Some rooms were up to standard.


Bad Points

Rooms 19 and 20 too many faults to list. From toilet too close to wall therefore only one buttock able to rest. No thermostat on radiators room too hot and bar with external smokers beneath. During night hours Ski locker external to hotel with door lock not working despite handy man's best efforts. not like other 2 Mark Warners i visited during 2007. the are security and safety concerns as well


General Comments

Would not re visit and am finding M.W. oferring no apology or support for the worst ski holiday of my life! Low point unable to be seated for Xmas diner until 21.45 by which time my patience tested. we headed to a local restaurant chez Marie well worth a visit. Try the cooking on hot stones.
