General Comments

I ordered four parts from them to complete a simple tune-up. I was sent the wrong spark plugs, the wrong wire set, and the wrong distributor cap. That's three out of four folks. When I called customer service I was routed to India where some guys that were of no help. I was simply trying to obtain the correct parts. After enduring over thirty minutes of automated phone hell I was finally transferred back to California. At this last stop I was told, "Why yes, our web site does in fact show a Mallory distributor cap for a 1994 Chevy V6, but we don't have it."
The end result? I have to apply for and be issued a return number. This takes two days. Then I am out the cost of return shipping, and hope that they can post my refund correctly.
Buying auto parts online........what was I thinking?
