theres defintely no gold at the end of this rainbow.!!! don't pay cash back

Mobile rainbow.........theres definitely no gold at the end of this rainbow....rainbow mobile do not pay cash back even though i have religiously send bills and kept to the terms and conditions. They do not contact customers, and i am taking this up with trading standard agency.
