Have had no problems the phone line was connected on the right date , 95% of our calls are to Germany never had any problems. also have now put in Post office broadband very easy to set up. Bills have arrived on time again no prob
Customer service , have twice requested that they take the withheld number off to show our number didn't happen
Very good service (so far) keep it up, but would like better deals on internationional calls.
