In my opinion, Custom made is nonsense. There was no difference in each side of the bed, despite a big weight to height differential between the two of us. I thought that Customer service was terrible. The quality of the mattress was non -existent, three bits of foam in a rigid thin cover. It was like trying to sleep on a trampoline.


General Comments

The Absolute Comfort Memory Foam Mattress is the worst purchase I have ever made. We were unable to use the mattress, and despite the involvement of Trading Standards, the best offer we got was half our money back if we returned the item. The cost of carriage was going to be more than the refund and so we gave up. We have now ordered another mattress, and we are debating whether to take this Memory Foam Mattress to the tip, or split it up for camping mats. To add insult to injury, one of the pieces of foam has got cuts in it. We will never order anything again where the company is too far away to take the item back ourselves.
