Staff are very helpful and they go out of their way to help me and others. I wish that there were more of these shops.
Bad Points
The aisles are not wide enough for wheel chairs as some times I use a wheel chair.
General Comments
I find that Sussex Book shop is very helpful especially if you are in a hurry they will get the book off the shelf or even tell you if they have it in stock.
They will then offer to order it if you want them to. Also the prices are very good as I have compared books from other shops and Aussex book shop is far cheaper. As one book I got in Sussex book shop was £5 cheaper then W.H. Smiths.
