When we contacted them about speedy delivery they couldnt do enough to help

Havent received a thing, and they have not replied to messages left nor emails sent


General Comments

We contacted www.swordpricefighters.com two weeks before Christmas as our son had asked for some fencing equipment. We rang this company and the guy we spoke to said that if we ordered and paid for the items over the website, he would send the equipment out that very day.

Two weeks after Christmas now and we havent received a thing. More worryingly, having rung the number and left 8 messages and having sent several emails we have not had any contact with the company at all.

So now they have our money and we have no sword and face mask.

    I disagree with this review because...I bought a few things even after reading that old review because the stuffs so cheap. A bodywire and a glove arrived next day. Then a month later I emailed with a query and got a reply in 2 hours, so I made a much bigger order which again arrived next day. Everything was great except for a plastron which was a bit tight, but they exchanged that no problem. So, basically, the service is great and its all really very good value.
