Seems as though lots of people having the same problems as i did, my partner has a mk 3 golf and constantly cuts out however if any body is having the same problem it could be that relay 30 (i think) needs replacing - well it seems to have cured the problem (touch wood).
The problem that i have at the moment is my central locking on the drivers side has completely gone, i can't even lock this door anymore from this side - has anyone else had this problem, if so is it expensive to repair and what could it be thats wrong.
