General Comments

Terrible customer service - same as previous reviews. At first Sheilas Wheels quoted me £185 - told to send no claims proof. Sent this - they asked for it again - they also requesting details of the claim I made with Churchill (which was never made)! Online there was no facility to say my car was an automatic. When I phoned to check they charged me an extra £14.00 and that new documents would be sent but said it wouldn't be mentioned on the new documents but it was on their system! Yeah right! I bet if I made a claim, where's my proof I was covered for an automatic? When I was claiming my no claims discount they charged a further £26.00 as I still have my old car and they say I can't use the full discount? So in the space of 4 weeks, countless phone calls and a rise from £185 - £248, and a letter just christmas requesting yet again proof of no claims or a threat to cancel my policy - I am glad they threatened to cancel because I was about to. Just glad I didn't have a claim with them! Gone back to Churchill!
