General Comments

Customer service and overall experience at Sheilas Wheels. Had an accident in March, which was not my fault and was all sorted in the first two weeks. Then two months down the line they said the other insurance company has now changed its mind and the dispute is still open. It is left to me to chase up the case all the time, and when I do get through, they don't have any definite answers, and tell me we just have to wait? I have had a very poor overall experience!! I wouldn't recommend...
