Responded to my emails over the first non-delivery.
Bad Points
Have failed to respond to my account emails about the non delivery of my order.
General Comments
This is no a UK based company and they have failed to deliver my order which was made on 13th December 2007. I have sent two account emails asking about the delivery of my replacement order but have not had a reply.
The say that the goods were dispatched by DHL but DHL have no record of the tracking code that is show on the order of my account. I do believe that the company does not have the product in stock as the tracking for both the original and replacement order show exactly the same details.
Personally I will not be buying from this company again and for them to use a U.K. registered domain name when they appear to be based in Germany is misleading to say the least. I doubt that trading standards have any control over this organisation so buyer beware, you may not have any legal redress if they fail to deliver your order
