after having spoken to NP to arrange payment by their weekley payments scheme, i was told i would recieve a card and a payment plan in the post. after having waited 1 month for the said mail, i proceeded to ring NP once every fortnight, only to be told it is "pending". 3 months later, i recieve a letter informing me as i have failed to pay my bills, i was to be cut off with a £500 reconection charge, payable only once my account was cleared!! having rang them up again, i was told there was nothing they could do to help. Poor customer service.
