Good Points
Good to be able to see the skiing whilst generally looking around.

Bad Points
Toilets were a disgrace, nappies and towels spilling into the cubicle, hair and dust all over the floor.

General Comments
Our visit (4.1.08) The place has the potential to be brilliant. Lots of teething problems though,,, layout is disorganised and people don't know where to go and what to do initially, needs more signs and info. Staff friendly but one man on the left lift didn't keep watching to stop the lift in time and allowed two or three pile ups as first one then another person fell off their seats!!!! Lots of spare seats went up I counted 19 at one point. Toilets were not up to scratch, you would never find this in the States. Contacting the place after a visit to retrieve a lost glove has proved impossible and the only viable way of finding stuff is to re-visit the place, otherwise leave an email!!! Could be great, need to get their act together, Re staff.... friendly but strike me as being too laid back and not efficient enough in general.
