At least we didn't crash. For that, you get a rating of 2.
Bad Points
The seats were cramped. If you are over six feet tall, you'll be VERY uncomfortable. The TV in the chair didn't work. The food was unrecognizable as nourishment. The staff were robotic.
General Comments
Flying on this airline was worse than riding a Greyhound Bus across the Pacific Ocean. I recommend you spend the extra money and use another airline!
