Very few positive comments on my experience - Check in - UK and Cancum were reasonable
The whole Thomsonfly experience in the air
Flew Thomsonfly from LGW to Cancun in December/January.
Paid £100 upgrade fee for premium and was shocked at the lack of service by the crew - not sure what it would have taken to prise them from the galley. Seats were slightly wider and more leg room than in economy. In the old premium the toilet at the front was for exclusive use of the premium passeneger - this was not the case and if you were on the opposite side you had to walk back to the main cabin as you were not allowed to crossover to use this toilet - so guess what you queued in the main cabin. so other than wider seats what is the extras that travelling Thomsonfly premium gives you
Seats are no wider than previously.
I feel it was be a waste of money upgrading to the premiumplus entertainment as it failed the whole way and no refund was given, in fact when challenged the Cabin Manager denied that she was aware of any problem even though her own crew were supporting the passengers complaints. In fact this must be a good money spinner for the airline at £5 per person.
The food was mediocre
The fleet of 767's is old and is showing it now
Overall this was my worst experience of Thomsonfly, they were never a 5 star airline but the deterioration has been rapid
