The P400 is the best phone i have ever seen. It has an amazing design and it always turns heads when i am on the phone. The camera is of a very high quality and it is money well spent.
Bad Points
As it is such a nice phone and it gets so much attention i got mugged.
General Comments
The Samsung P400 has a rotating screen and a very high quality camera. It also has all of the latest ringtones and java games.

I know of a place in UK that sells it for 20 uk dollars. I find this review not helpful in my decision.
