We have had our business banking with them for nearly 20 years, and they were OK!
Bad Points
Seem to have fallen to bits completely over the last 8 months.
General Comments
They moved my business banking from Yorkshire to Scotland last April, without putting the infrastructure in place in the new office. They made all the staff in Yorkshire redundant and then left them to run business banking for a couple of months knowing they were going. Since then they seem to have fallen to pieces completely. We applied for an extension to the overdraft in Nov 2007, now second week in January 2008 and they still haven't come to a decision. Paperwork requested by them, and which they confirmed that they had received has gone missing, staff seem to come and go so there is no continuity. How they expect a business to operate under these conditions baffles me.
