Decent prices
Shocking customer services and support.
Have not responded to my emails or returned my calls as promised.
Decided to try Aria when building a new PC for my son and purchased a number of items including 2 memory modules and a wide screen monitor as a surprise xmas present.
One of the memory modules was faulty and an RMA number quickly obtained but it went downhill from there. They reported it was working when tested (despite me buying and installing 2 identical modules 1 worked and the other didn't). After numerous emails and phone calls a call centre operator said I would be refunded and would receive a confirmation email. Nearly 2 months later I'm still waiting and they do not respond to emails and fob you off on the phone.
The same thing happened when my sons monitor went off the day it was set up. Aria insisted it should go back to the manufacturer even though it was pointed out it was defective so 'not fit for purpose'
No one called me back as promised but I did receive an email asking what the defect was....no response was received and I got the same response from their call centre. In the end I called the manufacturers representatives and boy what a difference. Problem sorted quickly even though it should still be Arias responsibility.
I have built many computers and have used Arias competitors (Dabs & Ebuyer) who are by far better to deal with. I would never use Aria again. As other reviewers have pointed out they are great if you do not get any problems but their customer service is very poor!
