Coffee is excellent, service is very good and staff are friendly, and clean tables which makes it more enjoyable and want to return.

General Comments
May I say that your Exeter (Queen St. Cafe Nero shop) is a pleasure to enter and have a coffee, mine is a cappuccino and sometimes a cake or ciabatta. The shop is manageress is excellent and always has a smile and time to speak to you as do the rest of her staff, ( I have mention this to her and the comment she gave was I like to treat my customers the same way I would like to be treated when go out).
Keep up the good work!
