Poor quality & customer service.


General Comments

I have purchased two items from Clogau gold, 1 through QVC, the other direct from web site.
BOTH have had to be returned because of bad design or very poor workmanship.

I am waiting a response from the company for an item sent 27th DEC 2007 for replacement, and to date have not received a response (06.01.08) of any description even after requesting this was escalated to the MD.




I will never under any circumstances purchase anything from this company again

I found the poor quality and poor service extremely unprofessional.
