Good Points

Very Lightweight and cheap- be aware though that in this case you get what you pay for- a cheap price for a cheap product!


Bad Points

Bad reliability- first one broke the first time it was used, second one over-heated! This vacuum needs to have filters cleaned out so often that you can't even make it to the top of the stairs without stopping.


General Comments

I have been very disappointed with this cleaner. It is the first cylinder I have ever owned and being pregnant I thought that it would be easier for the stairs. Although it is very light and easy to use it does not pick up properly and the HEPA filter constantly needs to be emptied. After spending a serious amount of time trying to get it to pick up the bits I have now taken to sitting on the floor picking bits up as it is quicker! Will be going out to buy a new vacuum in the next week or so as this one is so poor compared to others I have had in the past. Best avoided.
