Bad Points

Slow to respond and soooooooo complicated, customer service though friendly, was very complicated to deal with.


General Comments

All other bad, literally everything. I put two claims with them one in June and another in July, both genuine. Managed to settle in December! They never returned my call, not a single time. The people they appointed were not up to the job.
Would not recommend them at all.
