Good Points

Excellent quality sofabed but not worth the effort I had to put in to get it!


Bad Points

I had to spend an hour a day on the phone for nearly two weeks to get a delivery date.


General Comments

Sofabed ordered in October 2007, to be ready for guests in Christmas holidays. Delivery dates estimated by M and S at 2-3 weeks. We were called at the end of November and told our delivery would be in three days time between 8 and 1. When told this was not possible we were told it would be after Christmas. It took two weeks to get the sofabed delivered in time to avoid having to book guests into a hotel.
