Good Points

I had a conservatory built by Alternative Timber. The finished product is ok but not without issues.


Bad Points

Customer service is very poor bordering on insulting. Sales people are all promises and friendly enough until they get your money. Still have outstanding issues after 2 years but resolved them myself after their broken promises. I would not recommend this company to anyone.


General Comments

I would not use this company ever again or recommend them to anyone. Any complaints are dismissed as 'timewasting', get everything in writing and try to hold back money until happy with with the job. I complained to Fife Trading Standards and the ASA about this company.
