Very easy to use, compact, plenty of memory, it doesn't have voice control, which is great. Because it never works as it should. You always end up ringing someone you didn't want to speak to!!!

General Comments
Ive had my E720 for two & a half years & its still going strong! I haven't changed it because I cant find anything as good as it. If it does ever die on me, I'll hunt down the cheapest & buy another!
