I have no good points as the goods i ordered did not arrive in time for xmas.

Cannot contact them via e-mail as i had tried. Tried contacting them on several occasions and now the cost of phoning is over riding the cost of the gift.

I feel really angry with this channel and its sister channel. PDTV took my money in good faith and now I'm looking for a refund for a gift that never came and what have they finally said? I will receive a form to fill in, i send it back and after a few days they will return my money. What a cheek. They took my money quickly but when i want it back the process is slow. The cost of contacting them through the telephone is steadily going through the roof. I for one, will never watch or buy from these channels again and urge buyers to be careful before parting with their money. I still to this day have not even received my form for my refund....
