Good Points

Giving a credit card to those who have bad credit and are unable to get a credit card.


Bad Points

Lousy customer service, payment take a while to post, fee to pay your bill online (at least a lot of places I know does not provide fee if you pay online, and look at this way it save our tree with the useless paper bill or check)


General Comments

I have mixed feelings about the Continental Finance Credit Card. Some days it's good and some day it's just a pain in the ass.

I've been good with payment, but the payment that I made takes a while to get posted to my cards and in that case I would have to wait 7 days before i can get my available balance. This is why I check my balance online all the time to make sure I at least have some money on the card before I went out and used it.

Customer service is impossible to get through, but I have figured out a way to navigate the system and get a hold of a live rep faster. Both time that I have talked to them, they are friendly so I have not come across a rude live rep so far. Aside from some silly fee to impossible customer service, this card can work for some one and it won't work for some people. I will check back again in a year and give a good full thumb up or thumb down.
