Good Points

Easy to use trading platform.


Bad Points

I have used this company for several months quite happily but for the past two months I have experienced problems (and lost money) because of the slowness of the system particularly as another reviewer has pointed out at the times of important announcements. I have complained about this before and was promised that they would look into it and get back to me. They didn't. Regrettably I will close my account as soon as I have found a suitable replacement company.


General Comments

As the companies point out spread betting is a high risk activity. It is essential that customers have faith in the integrity of the companies they are using and the systems that these companies use. If not customers will vote with their feet.
