It's zero cost, it works better than any others I've tried, it has more easily-accessible features, and it runs rings around competitor's bloatware. What more could anyone want?
Being able to quickly open another window is wonderful. Simple download and installation. They must have tested it on the 3 most destructive customers....your Dad, a child and a soldier!
