General Comments

All we needed to do was change the registration plate on the certificate. All correspondance by post took at least 5 working days despite everything being sent 1st class. First letter had wrong updated plate and so did the second! The third was sent direct to the dealership where the new car sat waiting during this farce. This too took well over the standard delivery time for 1st class post. When I logged a complaint to try to recover the cost of a hire car I sat for 30 minutes on the phone without speaking to anybody. I can see why they are cheap.
