This card gets you good service outside of AMEX.
Travel - Emailing and phoning everyday to get someone, just anyone to answer questions.
Going into our 2nd year with Centurion we have found the service is not what is advertised. We now make our own bookings online and are looking for a good travel agent. Over priced and under serviced. Last April requested a booking for a resort and still waiting for answer, we have since booked it on AMEX ourselves. This is not a one off, we should just go back silver.
