Bad Points

Horrible Experience - Had to threaten with a cancel payment in order to get my money back.


General Comments

Ordered Canon 70-300 telephoto lens and was sent a sigma version which retails for 200 max. Kevin, the sales associate told me it was an upgraded lens from the Canon. I then informed him that it was not an upgraded lens and that I wanted the Canon that I ordered. He continued to argue with me until I finally told him that I was returning the lens and wanted a full refund. I would highly suggest to never deal with this company. In my opinion they are very unprofessional.
