Staff were very helpful while I was spending money, saying if the watch is too big pop back and we will alter it free of charge!
Great sales service, but after-sales poor. Tried to get the said watch altered and was rudely told as I didnt have a receipt (it was a present) they would charge £9.99 for the priviledge. Will not shop there again.
