It's difficult to get them to return calls
I had a payment being transferred to my account from the Ukraine in US$. The company confirmed the transfer and I telephone Barclays every day for three weeks to be told the money had not been recieved. Eventually I managed to find out the payment had been rejected and sent back to the Ukraine, when I complained they were so rude that I escalated to the boss and now have ordered me to close my account (which I was going to do but in my own time)
