Thay never tell you all terms and conditions beforehand. Once you have purchase the ticket and if you want to change the date, then thay will start telling you terms and conditions one by one. By the time you will realized, you are gone. Now there is no way for to either lose your money or travel in a date which you dont want. Grayhoud is far better than megabus.

Worst experience I ever had with any travel company.
