Good price (£119 in May 2007), multiformat - DVD RAM, very flexible (record/watch/pause & rewind during record), plays nearly all discs - links to freeview box to record digital. Quality of picture even at LP (does SP/LP/EP handy Flexi Record).
Bad Points
Like most DVD recorders it's a bit of a faff to finalise discs/format RW disks. Drawer on open/close sounds scratchy (but still works 9 months on).
General Comments
Good quality machine with nice features, good looks. Recommended (replaced by DMR-ES15). Can link up with FREEVIEW to record digital channels as 'line input' so not affected by the digital revolution!
