None, very, very, very poor service.
Bad Points
Can not follow simple instructions.
General Comments
Very poor service from UPS and not interested in the customer at all, did not deliver on time, informed them of change of delivery address and they kept on delivering the item to the first address, this went on and on for days with several telephone calls being passed around from one person to the next.
Asked for compensation they said the customer is not covered for any conseguential losses whatsoever.
Totally incopotent in my opinion.
