Good on-line security.
Poor customer service, 3% foreign ATM fees, lots of red tape and hassle when trying to close an account.
HSBC used to be a good bank. They would answer your calls directly when calling customer service, and had a great high interest rate. They now have a horrible phone tree, and have raised many of their fees and lowered interest rates . I'm saying goodbye to HSBC.
