It's cheap. Rooms reasonable cleaned. Bar has cheap OK food. Large and spacious rooms.
Bad Points
Would not call this a 3-star hotel. I feel it was Badly run. Cleaning and rooms OK. The pool is definitely not heated as claimed but keeps a freezing 13 plus C - most other 3-star hotels in the area has heated pools. Our 3-year old was very disappointed and so were we - we had to sneak in to other resorts to get a swim.
Also reception is fairly mismanaged - I got good help when I fell sick, but when we were severely bothered by neighbours they did nothing, although all other rooms surrounding the neighbours complained as well. After about a week the family were eventually moved.
Apart from the pools being so cold - where have they hidden the children's playground? There was very little to do for our toddler.
General Comments
A very basic hotel, food basic if not boring. The snack bar is better and gives good value. You need to like airplanes as they pass very frequently just above the roof. This didn't bother us though.
Reliable buses, no 470 and 483 (quicker) takes you to Los Christianos and Las Americas easy enough.
Costa Adeje to the further end of Las Americas (seen from Green Park) is a quiet and very nice beach, sandy but no huge waves, great for kids.
The snack bar in the Winter Garden resort just down the street from Green Park and Pedro's restaurant in the same resort has great food and good prices. The japanese restaurant Sakura has fantastic food, this is about 20 minutes walk from GP.
If we go back to Tenerife we will stay in the Santa Barbara resort in Golf del Sur. Their pool area is fantastic and accessible for outsiders - if you have the nerves................
