Good Points

Fabulous workout and dvd. Is helping my loose the extra pounds.

Bad Points

There were no particular bad points about the dvd apart from not knowing many of the tracks.

General Comments

I liked that the moves on The Power Of 3 were simple enough to follow, the fact that you got the steps explained and also there was an option to do a slightly easier version of the move if that is what you needed to do. Davina McCall, her attitude to the workout was fabulous and her bubbly personality makes the workout enjoyable (as enjoyable as possible whilst sweating)
