Good Points

The staff are excellent and helpful.
The food is very good, breakfast is limited but plentiful.
The rooms are clean and plenty of hot water towels are changer on request.


Bad Points

A lot of steps not good if you have walking problems


General Comments

We stayed in the Pine Valley in May for the forth year running in the same room 322. The room is cleaned every day towels are changed when you ask .
The staff are very friendly and will do anything for you. The restaurant Manager is a really great chap and extremely obliging.
Breakfast is limited but there is plenty of it and it's all fresh. The evening meal is excellent plenty of choice. We have traveled all over the world and dinner is on par with a lot of them.
We will be back again in 2008.
