Bad Points

Unnacurate color matching software

General Comments

The definition on the LG (Lucky Goldstar) F700B 17inch Flatron is incredible just as the colors are. The depth of field defies imagination. You'll have to get used to that depth of field. for the first hours it could give you a headache. The only regret i have is to have choose the 700b models instead of the 700p (1600x1200, 60hz). only bad point is the "Coloric" by LightSurf color matching software. that is unable to do the job. i run it 2 times and still my photoshop would tell me that my RGB profile was defective. I uninstalled it and done it with Adobe Gamma. The most perfect computer monitors i've ever seen!!!

I like Nicklevy's enthusiasm for this monitor but what is "depth of field" in this context? IE., a 2D image should neither have nor benefit from "depth", should it?
