Sparkpeople can track anything you want - fat, carbs, protein, calories. very easy to use.
Bad Points
Sparkpeople can fill up your mailbox if you don't opt out of auto newsletters. but they have great info especially about restaurant and prepared foods.
General Comments
Sparkpeople, in my opinion, is much better than weight watchers. it's free.
