Driver customer service
My parcel was in 2 parts. They got separated and one part arrived a day late.
OK so I had problems with them and they will only try to deliver once, however when they messed up the driver made amends.
I was in on the first day as agreed, however when the driver come with the second part one day later and there was nobody at home he called me on my mobile and I arranged with him to drive a mile down the road and deliver it to my parents house instead. This could have been an annoying frustrating experience, but the driver more than made up for this, literally by going the extra mile.
