In my experience if you make a claim don't expect to be treated fairly.


General Comments

I have Lifeline Complete (the most expensive policy) and having lost my Nokia 8800 I was offered an 8600. I refused to accepted this and was eventually offered an N95 8GB as I 'had been treated poorly'. Imagine my surprise when Lifeline then refused to honor their offer - they don't deny making the offer. One manager even said that the N95 8GB wasn't in stock and he had no way of knowing if they would ever get stock. Eventually they came clean and told me that the handset was just too expensive.
