Bad Points

There was a wait of 7 - 10 working days to get a refund, plus 3 - 5 working days for the bank to process it!


General Comments

I placed an order with Trade Appliances for an item that wasn't in stock and wouldn't be for at least a month.

It is now the 16th working day, and I am waiting to get my money back.

I have tried to contact them several times.

I have been told today it has been processed by them, but it will take the bank yet another 3 - 5 working days!!
