Dead easy to use. Just fill with warm water, wait a couple of minutes and then go. Takes a min or so to get up to pressure, but does a brilliant job of cleaning rugs, carpets etc.
Bad Points
Could do with a few more tools. All I got was a carpet attachment, and a tile attachment. also would like to know where I could purchase extra tools.

a good basic easy to use steam cleaner. No fussy bits so fill and go
