Once you get in it is ok.
My goodness, what a hassle, if you are someone who may just use internet banking every now and then.... DONT BOTHER!
Unless... you write your id number, password and "memorable word" down all together, stuck on the wall in front of your computer!
I used it once, then couldn't remember my "memorable word" (the 2nd stage of getting in) and used the web links to fix it...
Forget it! Surprisingly the weblinks tell you to ring a number and quote a reference.
So.... you ring them in an effort seeking help, a solution,
They asked me what my overdraft allowance was, I had no idea.
So I failed and they suspended my net account and are sending me a fresh new load of rubbish to remember!!!!!!!!!!!!
Give me strength.
Bottom line, Remember everything
I think Lloyds have awful security that hinders you so much more than it helps you!
