The Gift List substituted my gifts for vouchers with no referring to us.
Failing to phone back as promised, on at least 5 separate occasions.
Staff in general didn't seem to care about our gift list.
Didn't respond to my emails.
Sent out gifts from someone elses gift list.
When I phoned to complain I got laughed at.
Very quick to tell us what they could not do.
